Common Questions
Is there a minimum contract?
No — all care plans are month to month. You can cancel with 30 days written notice at any time. No tie-ins, no cancellation fees.
Can you look after a site I didn't build?
Yes — as long as it is built on WordPress I can take it on. I will do a free initial review of the site before we start to make sure everything is in order.
What counts as a content update?
Text changes, image swaps, price updates, contact details, adding or removing pages — anything that does not require significant design or development work. If something falls outside the included hours I will quote separately before proceeding.
How do backups work?
Backups are stored offsite using ManageWP. Basic plan clients get weekly backups, Standard and Pro clients get daily backups. If anything goes wrong I can restore your site quickly from a recent backup.
What is the monthly health report?
A simple report showing uptime, security scan results, and a summary of updates applied that month. It lands in your inbox automatically so you always know your site is being looked after.
